Responsible for the daily management, continued development, and
coordination of changes to our client’s US web sites (Internet, Intranet
and Portal). Plays a key role in ensuring that all web sites become
effective marketing, business development, training and knowledge transfer
media.



   - Develop technical solutions to business requirements for
   Internet/Intranet applications. Participation ranges from analysis through
   implementation and support.
   - Responsibilities include maintaining the company portal, including
   design, layout, organization, navigation, and content. Maintain content
   development documentation standards and procedures and provide
   specifications to other developers and content contributors.
   - Communicate with multiple internal clients and coordinate content
   implementation received from contributors throughout the organization. Work
   side-by-side with I.T. staff including System Administrators, Security
   Administrators, Database Administrators and Applications Programmers.
   - Work with the project team to establish plans and priorities for web
   site enhancements. Maintain a prioritized list of enhancements and
   associated implementation timelines. Conduct research on leading and
   competitive web sites. Keep the steering committee apprised of competitor
   developments and improvement opportunities. Communicate effectively with
   management.
   - Utilize best practices and tools for web server hardware, software,
   and web site development to implement periodic re-design and ongoing
   updates. Ensure that the web sites are technologically effective and
   state-of-the-art.
   - Develop effective audit and lead tracking procedures to ensure
   follow-up of all inbound and interactive contacts with the web sites.
   - Keeps abreast of user concerns; track developments/problems and
   develops new procedures by arriving at a consensus with managers so
   information can be communicated to sites.
   - Maintain Internet domain names, including purchasing, renewals, and
   configuration.



*Minimum Qualifications at Entry*

   - Bachelor’s degree and 3+ year’s experience, or 7+ years of experience
   sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by
   the company.
   - Programming experience ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript and Knockout,  C#
   required.
   - Experience with Bootstrap and DevExtreme preferred.
   - Programming experience with HTML and a proven knowledge of Stateless
   Programming, Session Handling and Page Lifecycle required.



*Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or
testing):*

   - Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio Team System preferred.
   - Relational database skills using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
   preferred.
   - Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required.
   - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
   from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
   - Demonstrated proficiency in various PC applications including word
   processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software packages.
   - Ability to analyze moderately complex data and develop recommendations
   and solutions.
   - Strong customer and results orientation.
   - Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse
   cultures.
   - Ability to be an effective team member and handle project leadership
   responsibly.
   - Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and
   organization.
