Obtain approval from business partners 20% - Collaborate with business partners on end user training and implementation. 10% - Provide user support for applications that are in production. 10% - Execute unit and system test and review results with Team Leader and business partners. 10% - Participate in conceptual design. The candidate will be expected to help develop and understand the product roadmap as well as develop a high-level understanding of the technology infrastructure. The candidate will be passionate about CRM, Web, Mobile, Sales and Marketing applications and remain updated on the latest product functionality as well as best practices.
