Manage relationships between quality control and support tiers and collaborate with other service teams to ensure that problems related to the service you manage are solved in timely manner. Ability to work with service teams and own Live Site Reviews and corrective action plans Experience owning the Service in backlog discussions & standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements Ensure end-to-end service excellence through developing productive working relationships with internal and external teams including architects, engineers, project managers, stakeholders, partner teams, and management. *Basic Qualification: * Experience working with PowerShell Demonstrated expertise in web services, virtualization and cloud concepts Familiarity and experience in many of the following: o Development in the cloud. o Microsoft Azure Services. o Release Automation. Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
