bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years’ experience. 1. minimum 5 years
actuarial experience. insurance industry knowledge: life
policies-experienced,
insurance mathematics-experienced,
basic job duties:
manually calculate values including loans, withdrawals, surrenders and
death benefits for life insurance policies using information on the
cyberlife system, in policy files and from external reports. validate and
manually produce illustrations using spreadsheets
top skills:
1. minimum 8 actuarial experience
2. asa designation (certs)
3. experience with administration systems
4. strong knowledge of all types of life insurance and regulations related
to them
5, must be able to take ownership of a project and work independently
6. must be expert at excel, access experience preferred
