The skill set needed is as follows: · The duties of this resource are to translate already defined business requirements to the EM / TM technology integrations. · This resource must provide to the client proper guidance and recommendations on how to complete the integrations in order to meet the business requirements. · With the level of client interactions expected from this resource, this resource must possess a heightened level of communication skills and must be able to adequately articulate points of view to challenge the status quo and to support them with facts and experience. · Although this person is more functional in nature with a 75 / 25 split on Functional / Technical knowledge, the individual must also know the coding side, as well. · Experience required in EM version 9.0 SP9 and TM version 9.2 and 9.3. The client will consider experience in earlier versions, but 9.0 and later is a must. *Deliverables:* · Provide to the client proper guidance and recommendations on how to complete the integrations in order to meet the business requirements Assist in EM / TM integration.
