*Position:- Senior Network Operations Compliance Engineer Location:- CELEBRATION, Florida Duration:- 6m MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need Only USC, GC or EAD GC* *Job Description:- * · Assist with the strategic QA roadmap including testing tools selection, processes & standards improvements. · Define, track and report on quality assurance metrics such as Configuration Implementation Defects, Rate of Defect Recurrence, Defects to Incident, Software Compliance Quality. · Participate in the creation of baseline performance standards and the means to measure those performances within the architecture. · Create and implement governance policies for Best Practice, Common Practice and ITIL methodologies. · Assist with the development of standard operating procedures and routine work instructions and assist with the development of automation efforts for these procedures. · Define and implement testing guidelines/methodologies appropriate for the technologies being used. · Possess the business knowledge to provide meaningful input to requirements that would improve end-user experience for new projects. · Develop work plans and schedules for Test activities. · Work closely with manager on measuring and improving testing efficiency & effectiveness. *Basic Qualifications * · 9+ years in either a large IT shared services organization or telecom service provider environment · Intermediate level knowledge and understanding of Networking Protocols & Technologies such as: Ethernet, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Cisco HW and SW (IOS/IOS-XR/NX-OS), Juniper HW and SW (JUNOS), Firewalls, Load Balancers, Security protocols, MPLS, QoS and IP Multicast · Intermediate level knowledge of TCP/IP version 4 & 6 and other network services required to run a complex corporate network · Familiarity with hardware and transmission technologies (e.g., cabling, optical fiber, WAN and transport, routing, firewalls, LAN/VLANs switches, SDN, etc.) · Exceptional communication skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at a variety of levels and to communicate intricate technical and procedural matters to both technical and non-technical personnel across diverse cultures · Ability to identify & analyze risk, communicate issues in a timely manner and propose solutions for the project team. *Education: * · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field is required · Technical Certifications like CCNP, JNCSP, and CCDP are highly desirable. · ASQ Quality Certification a plus *Additional Notes: * · Looking for a person that has network technical skills, roughly 10 to 15 yrs. experience. However, want someone who has several certifications in the network disciplines, but deviated from the technical path to more of a compliance operational excellence pathway i.e Six Sigma, compliance, quality governance. · Will need an individual who has and is wanting to continue to develop their professional career toward the operational excellence side, while maintaining a firm knowledge of network technology so they can take limited guidance and start working at developing auditing and compliance techniques, data collection strategies, reporting strategies, ultimately taking this information and consolidate into a meaningful format and distribute and measure.
