I have a new PM requirement for one of my clients in Miami.  Very large
Fortune 500 in Doral (West Miami area) – they need a Project Manager for HR
& Finance.  This would be a 6 to 8 month contract with the chance to go
perm.

Experience with Taleo and Metaviewer will be a big plus for this particular
job.  Please review the attached job description



·         The Project Manager will perform the following tasks:

·         Carry out standardized project processes for status reporting,
project plan creation and updates, and completion of Software Development
Life Cycle deliverables and artifacts for Lennar’s IT Project Management
Office.

·         Track and report deliverable and artifact status.

·         Responsibility for developing status meeting agenda, reporting,
and follow up action items to ensure timely completion of plan tasks.

·         Coordinate and schedule meetings.

·         Document issues, risks and action items, including tracking,
follow-up and reporting on items.





*Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*

·         Excellent, proven hands-on *MS Project* experience for large,
complex projects.

·         Excellent skills with other MS products (*Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Visio*).

·         Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
Methodology (*SDLC*).

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·         Proven analytical skills.

·         Ability to demonstrate experience documenting “As Is” and “To Be”
business process flows.

·         Experience with *Taleo and Metaviewer* is a big plus.





*Experience*

·         5 years of experience as a Project Manager with responsibilities
that included:

·         Managing the status reporting and project plans for 1 software
development project for not less than a 9 month duration.

·         Managing software development or configuration of off-the-shelf
software applications for back office functions such as: procurement, fixed
assets, travel, time and attendance, document management, accounts payable,
etc.

·         5 years of experience in a position that demonstrates the use of
analytical, verbal, and written skills, as well as planning, coordination,
and follow-up preferably within a Project Management Office.

·         PMI Certified preferred.
