*Required Skills:*

·         MS Project, Business Analysis, Guidewire or Claims background
experience,

·         Looking for someone that has 5 -7 years of experience, this is a
functional BA



*Job Description:*

·         Is this supporting a new project? No, this is for enhancements
and critical requests from the business at a lower level.

·         If so, could you briefly describe the project in a sentence or
two and duration you will need someone?

·         What is the team structure, any other BA’s on the team? BA
Manager will direct what needs to be done. There may be a PM depending on
the size of the enhancement. No other BAs on the project/enhancements. BAs
can be a resource who are familiar with QBE ways.

·         Would you be okay if the candidate had a different Claims
management systems background, or do you specifically want Guidewire? I’m
flexible. Claims background would be great, would love Guidewire, but needs
to understand the claims business.

·         What deliverables with the BA be responsible for on this project?
(BRD, FRD/FSD, Use Cases, Data Models, Wireframes, Workflow Diagrams, etc.)
BRD, Use Case, UAT coordination (some UAT), workflow diagram and also
non-standard BA tasks, meeting minutes, etc.

·         Does this position primarily involve interaction with the
business customers/users- or- is it more of a technical position in which
there is much interfacing with developers? Yes, business and Dev. It’s a
50/50 split, possibly weighing more on business interfacing

·         Any flexibility going above the bill rate of 90/hour for a rock
star candidate? We can discuss, I cannot promise.

·         Is an Onsite Interview required, or would you look at a Video
interview and the candidate is committed to being in Madison for the
duration of the project? I need local candidates who are ready to start
yesterday, if possible.
