• Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering,
Computer/Information Sciences or Mathematics (willing to accept foreign
education equivalent) as well as seven (7) years experience in Job Offered
or seven (7) years experience in the design and development of systems for
the healthcare industry and/or healthcare insurance industry.
• Experience with
* RDBMS/SQL fundamentals, including database design, DDL/DML and DTL •
Experience developing stored procedures and functions using Oracle
9i/10g/11g & PL/SQL • Experience tuning databases for optimal
performance, fine tuning Oracle stored procedures and packages*
• Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple concurrent
projects, manage conflicting priorities
• Flexibility to adapt readily to changing business needs
• Team player who is delivery-oriented and takes responsibility for the
team’s success
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with the drive to continually learn and
improve
