The candidate will support data integration by working closely with the ETL Lead and BI/DW staff to create specific designs for the linking or movement of data between various applications and the DW environment. This role performs all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing. This candidate will work with the following team members: · Business Analyst(s) and Data Analyst(s) to understand informational requirements and understand information quality definitions and expectations of end users · Data Modelers/Database Designers in the design of target environment data structures · Business Systems and Data Analysts to understand source system data and structures Expected deliverables: · Detailed design documentation for the source-to-target transformations · Preview proposed mappings with relevant personnel, e.g. Business Analysts, Data Stewards, Business Systems and Data Analysts · Development activities such as Source to target mapping validations; identify, document and execute unit test cases/scripts. Coordinate peer and code reviews and document test and review results · Support efforts to anticipate and resolve data integration issues across applications and technical infrastructures *Qualifications:* · *Informatica ETL Developer* with at least 5 years of experience doing traditional *SQL* type development as well as experience writing *ETL packages/programs* using *Informatica PowerCenter* version 9.0 or above.
