Job Title : Mainframe Developer Location : Baltimore,MD. Duration : 12+ Month project. Rate: $45. Corp to Corp (Contract, Contract to Hire and Direct Hire) Contract, H1B is ok Job Description: This requisition is for a results-oriented, working mainframe developer for a project that will develop an enterprise-wide test data management platform to replace a manual-intensive, divisional validation system. The new platform will be customer facing and will include new functionality and an expanded user base. Prior experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of mainframe technologies is required, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Interaction and coordination with the web development team is also required. Ability to work independently is mandatory. REQUIREMENTS Required to participate in technical team meetings and discussions, both internally and at the customer’s site and must be able to discuss the technical work activities, issues, progress, and dependencies accurately and with precision. Skills Requirements: 1. Enterprise Cobol , COBOL II 2. CICS 3. JCL 4. REXX 5. CLIST 6. Dialog Manager 7. Control-M (scheduler) 8. Endevor 9. IBM DB2 Ver 9.0 or above 10. DB2 utilities - SPUFI, QMF, UNICENTER(PLATINUM), WLM 11. IDMS files 12. VSAM files 13. IBM utilities 14. Fileaid Suite(Compuware) - Fileaid-MVS/RDX/Data Solution/DB2 15. FTP/Cyberfusion (for file transfer) 16. TestBase (nice to have) 17. MQ series 18. XML knowledge (nice to have) 19. Microsoft Office 2007 (WORD/EXCEL/Power Point) 20.
