*Location: NJ-New Jersey/Jersey CityInitial Contract Duration: 6+ months * *Job Description, Required Skills, Education, Experience:* - Develop and implement ETL Informatica mappings and Workflows for various compliance and Risk application data needs. - Develop and implement tabular, dashboard and analytical reports to the Compliance / Operational Risk / Audit Business areas primarily using Business Objects, Crystal software and Oracle relational database. Preferred Skills, Education, Experience: - This role is responsible for being the liaison with business contacts and the technology development team for development and maintenance of the Business - Intelligence Applications. Responsible for ensuring end-user functionality to support and enable business processes. - Application development and maintenance activities may be dispersed across various individuals within the lines of businesses or team members from the technology organization. The position will be responsible for the following items among others: - Act as the Liaison between Technology and the Business Area - Business Objects/Crystal Development, Maintenance and documentation - Coordinate the completion of work including resource assignments - Collaborate on standards, guidelines and processes - Coordinate with other T2 Teams - Awareness of Business Objects new features - May present technical details of system implementation plans during Core Review meeting. - Develop , debug and implement Informatica ETL mappings and workflows. *Required Skills:- Business Objects Developer (Webi / Crystal/Deski/Xcelsius) version XiR3 or higher with 6+ years’ experience- Informatica 9.1 ETL development skills- Strong SQL & PL/SQL skills* - Strong knowledge on Databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Access etc - Proven ability to multi-task and successfully execute and solve complex technical problems. - Experience mentoring and growing teams - Good communication and listening skills - Great team player *# of Years Required:- 6+ years of Business Objects/ Crystal and Oracle 10g Development.- 3+ years of Informatica ETL experience.* - Business Objects Universe design experience. - Overall 8 + years of software development experience. Preferred Skills: - Experience in brokerage industry is a plus.Project lead experience in the securities industry preferred.
