Apply software development, IT operations and project management skills and experience to manage releases as projects and triage issues. Able to work with cross-functional teams including project management, development, change management, operations and sustain teams. *Key Responsibilities* – Assists in planning, executing and closing successful releases. – Develop release plans and conduct reviews with all impacted parties. – Work with release team to deliver quality releases. – Frequent contact with others outside the work group. – Provide clear and accurate status reports. – Facilitate issues/problem resolutions.
