*Roles & Responsibilities:*
· Work with the Chief Architecture team to understand their
requirements and contribute to the implementation plan. Provide technical
consultative services and technical implementation expertise for assigned
projects.
· Work with principal engineers/ architects of different Business
Units within Customer to streamline and standardize some of their
engineering products & processes.
· Present results to client team through insightful
recommendations.
· Communicate work flow & implementation internally with the onsite
lead and offshore team to ensure smooth delivery.
· Focus on the deliverables committed. It would include
installation, customization, and integration of the solution.
· Build client relationships, adopt an engagement model with clear
cadence on communication within the client organization.
*Skills & Competencies:*
· SME/Senior engineering lead with experience in Enterprise
application development.
· Modeling tools like UML to help in Abstract Object Models, Data
Models etc.
· Openstack esp. Neutron.
· Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of
thought.
· Ability to learn complex technical requirements very quickly,
define problems accurately while paying attention to detail in the solution.
· Ability to develop relationships with clients and offshore teams
built on trust and credibility
· Experience in global delivery is a definite plus.
· Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
· Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
