Our top client, located in the West Valley City, CT. is currently seeking a SQL Server DBA resource to join their organization. *Job Role: SQL Server DBA Location: West Valley City, CTDuration: 6+ Months * *Immigration: Must be USC/GC * Responsibilities: Regularly work with the team to review any schema updates or changes to SQL queries. Work to resolve any customer related issues on a priority basis. Most clients will have a locally installed database and this role needs to be able to help an end user trouble shoot any issues. Analyze and drive improvements to our current DB architecture that will make the product more stable, perform better, and allow for large clients to scale the DB. Skills: The product currently supports Oracle and MS SQL Server. We currently have a DBA that has Oracle background, we are looking for SQL Server knowledge but will also need to be able to assist with Oracle if needed. Must have? Must be able to work with others and communicate quickly and effectively on status of high priority issues. Healthcare knowledge and experience would be beneficial.
