*Job Title* Salesforce Developer *Project Location* Wilmington NC *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Description* Reporting to the Development Manager, the Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of product related features. *Essential Functions* Work as part of a scrum team and participate in daily scrums Collaborate and commit to bodies of work as a team Participate in the full development process Ticket quoting to determine technical direction and complexity of feature implementation Feature implementation based on business requirements as defined in tickets Source control management Conduct peer code reviews Resolve continuous integration issues Develop release patches and bug fixes Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made. Additional Responsibilities Has responsibility for following regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering or other unlawful activities. Has responsibility to follow and help implement IT best practices as outlined by the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council (FFIEC) through it’s IT Examination Handbook booklets. Functions as a team and realizes all members of the team are vital to its success.
