The candidate should have the knowledge of the processes (L2C, order management) around the said products and should be experiences in the design and implementation of the above processes. - Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, etc. - Should have experience in defining the process, System requirements, and dealing with business houses and LOBs - Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer and use knowledge base from prior engagements/benchmarks to define and document the problem and define high level solution to solve the problem. - Leads the team to study and analyse customer requirements to define alternative solutions, design a solution in line with business requirements, recommend solution alternative and get customer buy in to the recommended solution. - He should have good analytical ability to understand the success factors for project and conduct a root-cause analysis of the issue, and suggest multiple solution alternatives and make recommendations for project success. - Preferred: Experience with ATT digital experience order management processes and tools. - Experience in design of XML, JSON. - Should have experience in agile development especially defining detailed user stories using tools such as Rally. *I may miss to check voice messages but never miss to reply Emails.
