To get into review mode, you may need to use ctrl-alt-r. I'm not
sure what decides whether it's ctrl-alt-r or alt-r, but if one doesn't
work, try the other.

Yes, I had to slightly modify the default keys to avoid conflict with
the shortkeys of others applications.
So in the CD, the Yasr keys in standard mode uses the Ctrl+Alt prefix.
