Yes feel free to offer the cd, others on the web do so for free or for a
low cost price. We depend mostly on the GPL and MBROLA licenses.

Hello John,
I tried to build OraluxEgg, a tiny draft in 2005 on a 128MB USB key, but
it was not released...
If there is a consensus, we could slimmed down Oralux.
At the moment, the priority is to pause new features, and take the time to
build our packages, they might be ready in 0.8.
