Here is a little patch concerning the windows list in GNU Screen (4.0.2).
Once patched, the list is displayed one line at a time and the cursor
is upon this line.

By default, the cursor is not on the list of windows displayed by GNU
Screen (C-a "). Is there a way to configure this behavior?
