Yes, you are right. The usb device does take /dev/sda1. I just got
one. My wife bought it for me for Christmas and I have it on my
machine waiting to get something going with it. The replacement of my
large drive which was now sda1 and nos is sdb1 is strange indeed, but
I am getting used to it
Usually when a usb storage device is detected, saveconfig proposed
/mnt/sda1 as an option.
For info, the lsusb command gives the list of the detected usb devices.

do "saveconfig", it doesn't give me a choice to save to the card
reader. So I just copied the files off the floppy. Is that good
enough?
