Easy one; dress up like Freddy Kruger, then stand in the doorway to your
greenhouse. Either that or spray some foul smelling chemical like Neem mixed
with seaweed/fish extract so that getting too close to the plants makes them
lose their cognac...

although, a door and a lock seems the most likely, and if it were my
house/greenhouse and people were knocking things around, the next thing that
would be knocked is their heads together!
