On that page is a link to a comprehensive guide to facilitating discussions<https://www.cdss.org/images/organizers-resources/CDSS-how-to-facilitate-organizer-discussion-2019.02.21.pdf> among organizers. Many thought-provoking topics, including field-tested activities and resources. You may decide that you don't need an expert to come in from outside your group, but that 1-2 people among those of you planning to attend can facilitate something quite juicy on your own.
