Hi All,
I'm exploring the idea of hosting/organizing a gender free dances organizers
summit, if you are interested please go to
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/J3GVMYQ and complete the survey. please forward
if you know someone else who might be interested.
I am lucky enough to call Glen Echo, Washington DC my home dance. I do think
publicizing role terms is a good practice. I think having younger folks
organize is an excellent practice. And I think just talking to your regular
dancers about how it might be for new dancers is worthy. Admittedly,
May I ask, what role terms you use, and do you publicize that? Do you have any
young organizers? Do you try to "make young people feel heard" or do you hear
them? When young women come, are they descended upon by older established male
presenting dancers who just want to welcome them but don't
Yes.

Subject: [Organizers] Ethical question
Hey all,
I have a bit of a quandary. I just found out two incredible contra musicians
will be in my area.
And this is (part of) the insidious problem with an often symptomless disease.
Of course if we test as a pro forma, we expect a negative result. Don, I hope
you come through quickly at remains a mild case.
