No specific name is given in the Origamian. It is just identified as a
hexahedron.
I feel we should call it Molly Kahn's Hexahedron ...

Thanks to all of your replies to my question we've stablished that both
Natale Fietta and Molly Kahn created the model, although Molly Kahn created
it first, since it was published in The Origamian in winter of 1967. Molly
Kahn gave it the name Hexahedron and Natale Modular Bipyramid. Finally,
