I know this as a square flexagon.  Don't know the author.  Various
flexagons can be found in Esther K Smith's book " Magic Books and Paper
Toys" and Cherryl Moote's book "Slight of Binding".  Trying to figure out
text and images on these will keep the brain busy for a while.
