I just wanted to tell everyone I'll be giving one of the workshops at the BOS Autumn Vcon in just two days: this Sunday, September 12. It's titled *Boxed Fortune Teller*.
I will be teaching everyone how to turn a paper fortune teller into a box, but we'll do more than that. Through the workshop, we will be reminiscing our own childhoods and how the fortune teller links the past of many of us. I hope you join us. If you do, I ask you to please follow these diagrams, especially made for the workshop, so you can bring a fully-made fortune teller with the colors, the messages, and everything! You'll need one because we'll be playing a particular version of the fortune teller game at the start of the workshop, and you won't have time to make one once we start: *Click here for the fortune-teller diagrams made by Masao and Gerardo G. <https://cfcorigami.com/sites/default/files/diagrams/Gacharn%C3%A1%20Ram%C3%ADrez.%20Gerardo/FT%20-%20G.%20Gacharn%C3%A1%20R.%20%26%20Masao.pdf>* EXTRA-CREDIT for those who make it from a ripped sheet of a large spiral notebook! EXTRA-EXTRA-CREDIT for those of you who think of a creative and fun yes-or-no question about their own future for when we play! For example, I've always wanted to know... will I ever become the very first cowboy space clown of the future capital of Mars 🤔? Now, isn't that a good question 😉? By the way, since this workshop will be more participative than usual, I also invite you to activate your webcams during that hour.
