There's no model that I've kept for sentimental reasons, but there are
several that I fold for sentimental reasons. There first is the traditional
Flapping Bird - it was one of the first models I learned to fold and my
father always loved it. The second is Kawahata's "Yoda" - my husband's
nickname is Yoda and I learned it for him (and it's just a cool model). The
third is Yoshizawa's "Butterfly" - I have taught that model to so many
people over the last 30+ years.
