1) Participants should make at least 27 cards for a set. Only ONE set per
person will be accepted.
2) Only attendees of the OUSA Convention can exchange cards, unless they
appoint an ATC Proxy who is a person going to the convention and will be
responsible for your cards. Cards will NOT be mailed back.

I had been wondering about an ATC swap for the convention. One set is
reasonable. However, not having a good way for remote folders to participate is
disappointing. Is there anyone who is willing to be a proxy for me? and maybe
others? who, with postage provided to mail back the traded ATC's?
I am thankful that I was able to participate for 7 years, and truly appreciate
the help of others for me to share.
