[Origami] Sumo Wrestler -Help

I am trying to fold the sumo wrestler in 50 hours of origami i have what sounds like a silly question. after step 5 you have the base with the triangle pointing down at both front and back which is fine. But after sinking one flap in step 6 when you do the reverse fold in step 7 what happens to
