[Origami] Inchworm action model—who created?

I just learned this utterly simple, utterly charming model. At The Origami USA2018 Convention, Belle Fernandez taught it to Millie Richardson who taught it to me (and I taught it to Janet Derr and her sister at breakfast just now...). As far as I’m concerned, this is the hit of the Convention!
