I thought I might have a diagram for this, but can't find it. I've always
heard it called Puff Star or Puffy Star. I know you start with a loose knot
at one end and then weave the other end in some way. I know I've seen a dgm
for it on-line. Try looking up Origami Puff Star. I'm pretty sure it's a
"traditional" model, meaning it's been around for a long time and who knows
whose design it is.
