JMS and load balancing

Hi.

If someone knows a tutorial that cover this topic, 
please send me a link.

It is posible to configure load balancing over JMS 
and two app. servers ?

Each server must point to a diferent queue or it is 
a shared one ?

What happen if one server crashes with the messages 
that were not processed ? It is posible for the 
other server to process these messages ?
