Only "B.B. 91b on 'Potters'" sounds like a Talmud citation. "Yalqut Shim'oni [Midrash] on Jer. 35:12" and "Siphre Num 78 on Num. 10:29" are from a class of commentaries called, I believe, midrash. There are translations of much but not all of this in print, yet not necessarily all at the same library at the same time. Perhaps you could call some local rabbis for help?
