problem, but the fix is still not correct.
pbs_server is in the sbin directory while qmgr is only in the bin directory.
So the correct line to call pbs_server is
%{torquesbindir}/pbs_server -t create
not
%{torquebi

I included the patch changing "torquesbindir" to "torquebindir". Also note that
the patch says the package concerned by that modification (localhost) does not
work and is not automatically installed by the OSCAR packages. So the patch is
in (r9393) but i will not push a set of RPMs for Torq

No i will not sign any packages, we do not have the mechanisms to deal with
that properly at the OSCAR level, so this will be a big waste of time. In your
yum configuration file, just make sure to put "gpgcheck=0"; this will make sure
you will not have problems with unsigned packages.

Post install script assumes that qmgr and pbs_server are in the current path
wich is wrong.
Jeoffroy, can you update the torque oscar package accordingly. I can't issue a
diff patch as my torque package has other modifications.
Here is the correct post install script.
