haris, great job! Perhaps OSDC can be the 'umbrella' organization for all these FOSS communities, has many attempts been made to contact all of them, or at least the active ones? And also Gov organisations like MDEC, OSCC and perhaps MIMOS(?), Min of Sc & Tech(?) shld have a link to this list.
