[osg-users] Cleaning out Community/JobOffers -- osg

Done. I added the some of the rules for the jobs page in the past. Typically companies don't take the effort to remove jobs when filled so I don't take the effort to contact them and remove the jobs when they are old enough. If it's not OK they can always restore the data from the page
