Hi. If you want information for beginners, I recommend OpenSceneGraph Beginners Guide book ( http://www.openscenegraph.org/index.php/documentation/books/10-openscenegraph-beginners-guide-published ), it's simply the best source to understand OpenSceneGraph concepts and see tutorials.
If you are interested in a specific rendering technology, you should consult examples/ directory in OpenSceneGraph sources.
