Given the recent flurry of interest in osgBullet, I've proceeded with features cuts that allow osgWorks and osgBullet to build with OSG = v3.1.9. My basic strategy was to simply remove any code that didn't compile with current OSG. Please try out svn trunk of osgWorks and osgBullet, and let me
