Re: [osg-users] Attaching Nodes (Characters & Objects)
Thanks to everyone's help, I have models that I exported loaded and animated with models bound to various parts of their anatomy! Thanks for all the advice and insight, I'm sure I'll be back with more questions at a later date. -Rusty ___ osg-users mailing list osg-users@lists.openscenegraph.org http://lists.openscenegraph.org/listinfo.cgi/osg-users-openscenegraph.org

Re: [osg-users] Very simple Firefox-Plugin to display osg-files
Hi all, now I´ve installed Service Pack 1 for MSVC, rebuilt all, and still on the other system the plugin fails to work. I use MSys to get a console, and catch debug-messages, and it simply states DynamicLibrary: Failed loading ...curl.dll. I have checked all dependencies with Dependency Walker, everything is in place. How can this be? Regards, Andreas ___ osg-users mailing list osg-users@lists.openscenegraph.org http://lists.openscenegraph.org/listinfo.cgi/osg-users-openscenegraph.org
[osg-users] multiple GPUs on windows?
Hello, How do I open a context on a specific GPU using OSG on windows (vista 64bit with 2 pcie cards)? In linux I can simply configure a second screen using a different GPU by BusID, and then open a context on :0.0 or :0.1 (i.e. osg::GraphicsContext::ScreenIdentifier("", 0, 1). Anyone knows? -- Regards, Ferdi Smit ___ osg-users mailing list osg-users@lists.openscenegraph.org http://lists.openscenegraph.org/listinfo.cgi/osg-users-openscenegraph.org

Re: [osg-users] Compiling OSG on Windows
I would like the viewer, but I would just like to build the OSG Lib for now. The configure button on the CMake GUI is not getting enabled. I only assume that something is not right. Not sure what is missing. Is there something in the CMakeList.txt file that I neeed to set? Re: [osg-users] Attaching Nodes (Characters & Objects)
well about an hour after my last post I found the new exporter you mentioned, so bad on me for not doing more research before posting. now I'm just brushing up my blender skills. Every time I export an animation and load it in osganimationViewer It's just a static model with no movement, I'm working on figuring this out right now, however any help would also be appreciated. Re: [osg-users] Multipass Rendering objects that intersect given shapes/bounding volumes
Chris, Not that it really answers your direct question, but have you tried looking at a deferred rendering approach? With that many lights I would have thought the performance benefits would be good.
