[osgeo4w-dev] Removing Java

Dear osgeo4w java world, since no one seemed to complain about removing java and since java installed as library is currently giving issues: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/441 I will proceed in the next days to remove the java package. So if you think that might be a problem for you,
