 Live 9.5 booted now.. the 'SQLite database browser' icon is not very good
 looking; stacked gray disks with bad borders.. Is that the one?  The
 directory icons on the desktop are all generic directory, not custom

 Since we removed sqlite gui app (due to disk size issue) the databases
 icon is missing from the disk.

 We need to extract it from a previous release and copy it over.
