Liberty through Strength Dick McDonald Just over one thousand died in Iraq in 2007 protecting America from those who would imprison us in a totalitarian theocracy. Unfortunately there are those in America who believe the threat from Islam is not significant and have treated our troops to the same disgraceful treatment our troops received returning from Vietnam. Inasmuch as so few have died in the six-year conflict in the Middle East when compared to other wars, many people have been unconcerned. Never have they given credit to the troops, their commanders and the strategies that have kept casualties to so few. It is a tribute to America's fighting volunteer army that America is so well protected. <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKKulyISsE8&watch_response> Listen here to a tribute that pays a proper tribute to them.
