MIAMI, June 22 (Reuters) - The FBI arrested seven people in the last two
days suspected of planning attacks on FBI offices and a federal building in
Miami and the Sears Tower in Chicago, a law enforcement source said on
Thursday.

The source, elaborating on a statement from Florida authorities, said the
suspects had thought they were dealing with the international al Qaeda group
but they had been infiltrated by a U.S. government informant.

MIAMI, June 22 (Reuters) - The FBI and other U.S. law enforcement agencies
made arrests on Thursday as part of an terrorist-related investigation, U.S.
prosecutors in Miami said.

"Earlier today, the FBI, in conjunction with federal, state and local
authorities, executed arrests as part of an ongoing investigation into a
terrorist-related matter," the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Southern
District of Florida said in a statement.

"The individuals arrested posed no immediate threat to our community," it
said.

CNN said the operation took place in the poor Miami district of Liberty
City. It said no weapons or bomb-making materials were found.

FBI Director Robert Mueller, in an interview with CNN, said he could not
discuss details because it was a continuing operation.

"Whenever we undertake an operation like this, we would not do it without
the approval of a judge. We got search warrants and arrest warrants and the
like, and so yes it's a concern," Mueller said.

The Attorneys Office statement said news conferences would be held in
Washington and Miami on Friday to provide further details.

"Fair Use" criteria established in Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976.
The principle of "Fair Use" was established as law by Section 107 of The
Copyright Act of 1976. "Fair Use" legally eliminates the need to obtain
permission or pay royalties for the use of previously copyrighted materials
if the purposes of display include "criticism, comment, news reporting,
teaching, scholarship, and research." Section 107 establishes four criteria
for determining whether the use of a work in any particular case qualifies
as a "fair use". A work used does not necessarily have to satisfy all four
criteria to qualify as an instance of "fair use". Rather, "fair use" is
determined by the overall extent to which the cited work does or does not
substantially satisfy the criteria in their totality. If you wish to use
copyrighted material for purposes of your own that go beyond 'fair use,' you
must obtain permission from the copyright owner. For more information go to:
