I'm still sufficiently intact to remember my first OST experience -
as a participant - and my overwhelming sense of 'homecoming'...a
deeply resonating feeling of something intangible beyond my knowing.

I am not sure where this started but I love this thread...it reminds
me that that i have finally and at last (after a struggle) espoused
the value that the more of us there are opening space and working

I've been working with Open Space since the late 1980s and have seen the it
evolve from something regarded as risky and left field into a mature,
mainstream method with competitors (e.g. BarCamp http://barcamp.org).
I'd love to be able to say "I'm running an Open Space
