Dear friends in Open Space and Genuine Contact (X-posted GC/OS-lists) After a long time working “only” online it is possible for us to offer a physical training again, so if you wish to take a deep dive into how to work with Open Space Technology (OST) to create conditions for sustainable outcome – join us in the Netherlands on September 7-9. If you have taken this Genuine Contact™ training before you are welcome to a refresher for about a third of the full price.
This 3-day training is facilitated by me (Thomas Herrmann) together with Doris Gottlieb (also Anna Caroline Türk is part of our organizing team). We will journey through topics like pre-work incl choosing a theme, key components, the essence of OST, convergence, follow up and more. You will also leave the training with a design for an OST meeting you will facilitate in the future. As part of the training you will experience two OST meetings. Included in the training you will be invited to do some pre-work and afterwards the group will come together after about 5 months to share and celebrate accomplishments and explore “issues and opportunities for working with OST” – yes in an OST container 😊. This will be an online meeting.
