We investigated the issue, our current implementation is not supported by 
Strava, we have plans to change how we store data from sensors in GPX, so 
it should be recognise by Strava and Garmin Bacecamp.

Currently, you can manually replace <osmand:hr>98</osmand:hr> with 
<heartrate>98</heartrate>, in this case Strava will recognise Heart rate 
data.
