Brief update about this:

- route relations are only updated in OsmAnd monthly data, not in Live
- see https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues/7218
- once the monthly data has been updated, the route functions as
expected - bugs listed in my earlier message are resolved
- the version I had (v3.3 probably?) had some routing oddities
(problems exiting tram platforms, preferring transfers between routes
rather over a much shorter walk), but they seem to have been resolved
in v3.4.4 - all works beautiful now

Thanks again to everyone who contributed to making offline free data
public transit routing possible!

If you are using the GPX to navigate, I'm not sure that's possible on 
either version.  You could, of course, just display the GPX as a visual aid 
and create a route that seeks to overlap it, but there's no guarantee that 
route will completely follow the GPX.

How to navigate to a certain point in a GPX track (cycle; iOS§)

I'm a new user of OSMAnd iOS, and I'm unable to figure out how to navigate 
to a specific point in a GPX track.
1/ The track is a bicycle trip, and I want to start it from a specific 
point in a specific direction.
2/ I start at home so I need to add the track from home to that specific 
point in the track.
Any suggestions?

How can I hide notes on map ?

A soon as I have take some notes (photo /video / audio) I see the 
corresponding markers on map. How (which option menus or parameters) can I 
massively hide these notes ?

Du kannst z. B. den Microsoft Übersetzer installieren und dort die
Sprachausgabe testen. Musst du vielleicht die Google Text-to-Speech engine
installieren?

Sprachansagen und prüfe, welche Sprachen installiert sind (grün)
2.) Aktiviere die Erweiterung OSMAND-Entwicklung. Gehe dann zu
Einstellungen OsmAnd-Entwicklung. Scrolle ganz runter zu Sprachansagen

ich habe ein Huawei P smart 2019 mit der Android Version 9. Wenn ich unter 
Stimme---> Sprachansage-->TTS Sprachansage Deutsch auswähle bekomme ich 
keine Ansage.
Seltsamerweise kommt eine Ansage wenn ich English auswähle.

Kan mir da jemand helfen?
