Check that in general settings the "failsafe mode" is unchecked.
I has this on one of my devices recently and I don't know when and how this
got set.

Trying to get the Nautical Map View plug-in to work. I paid for it, and it says
it is installed.
At first it (InstallToOsmand apk) was in a wrong folder. I moved it into the
"files" folder, clicked on "install" but it comes up with a "app not installed"
message. What am I doing wrong?
