Edit it as you need and put into your osmand data folder (something like
/storage/Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files) .

I haven't found a way to edit (change) the coordinates of a saved favorite.
Typical application:
Sometimes OSMAnd doesn't know the location of an (exact) address.
Having found that by Google Maps I'd like to change the stored coordinates.
